Head of Operations

Job Summary:
Circet UK is seeking an experienced Head of R100 to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing processes and practices across the organisation, formulating strategy, improving performance, and securing compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams responsible for operational delivery of fibre and copper networks across Scotland.
- Hold operational P&L responsibility to manage risk and deliver projects and frameworks across the UK.
- Coordinate internal structure based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment.
- Direct, plan, and oversee the successful operational management and portfolio delivery of all projects and customer programmes assigned.
- Work with Circet to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations while adapting to changing requirements.
Requirements:
- Experienced leader with a proven track record in leading a multi-functional team.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to deliver against agreed targets.
- Commercially aware and engaged.
- Naturally collaborative, able to build relationships with key client and supply chain contacts.
- Able to command respect and establish personal and business credibility.
- Committed to delivering the highest health and safety standards.
- Able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience in an operational manager role.
- Experience of utility (streetworks) operations, particularly high-volume low value.
