Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Living at Home, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enable them to live independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with social and recreational activities, such as visiting local community centres, shops, family, and friends, and attending medical appointments
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances
Requirements
  • A full driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
  • 18 years old or above required
  • Must be a car owner with full driving licence and live locally
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of £44 weekdays and £13 weekends
  • Travel time and mileage allowance of 30p per mile paid
  • £250 welcome bonus on completion of 12-week probation and £250 refer a friend bonus
