Statutory Social Services Practitioner

About the PositionThe successful candidate will work closely with families to improve outcomes for their children, using a restorative approach that reflects our team culture and senior management style.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with families to identify and address issues affecting children's well-being.
- Develop and implement individualised plans to promote positive change and improve family outcomes.
- Support the Council's Legal Team in completing Court applications, ensuring success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognised qualification in Social Work (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in statutory social care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a complex caseload and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £24.57, plus:
- £150 per week accommodation allowance.
- 45p per mile business mileage reimbursement.
