Social Services Coordinator

At Sirona Medical Ltd, we prioritize the well-being and development of our service users. To help us achieve this goal, we are recruiting an accomplished Social Worker to join our Kinship & Fostering Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating and supporting connected person foster carers and Special Guardians, providing them with tailored guidance and oversight.
To excel in this position, you must hold a DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent qualification, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years' experience in statutory social care, preferably within Kinship & Fostering. Your ability to conduct thorough assessments and create detailed reports within strict deadlines is vital.
This position comes with a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You can also look forward to working in various locations and enjoying flexible working arrangements, facilitating a better work-life balance.
