Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £80 - £100 per day, depending on experience. This rate reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining talented individuals who can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Job Description
In this rewarding role as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to support students with SEN. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a safe and tidy classroom environment, including equipment and resources.
• Contributing to record-keeping by documenting observations of pupils during the school day.
• Communicating effectively with other school staff to ensure a consistent approach to supporting students.
• Demonstrating positive attitudes, values, and behaviours that align with our school's expectations.
• Promoting inclusion by encouraging participation in learning and extracurricular activities.
• Providing teaching and learning support, including the use of technical resources.
• Supporting students with SEN and additional needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong commitment to supporting students with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of SEN and its implications for students.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
