Job Title: Senior Clinical Nurse Leader

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) to fill the position of Deputy Ward Manager at Appoint Healthcare. This role involves supporting men and women with physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to patients.
  • Monitor ward activities and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice within the ward.

Requirements:

  • RGN or RMN qualification.
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Paid breaks and opportunities for growth.
  • Annual leave entitlement of 33 days.

Salary Information: The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
