Our company is expanding its Appointed Representative Self-Employed sales channel and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Advisers to join their team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building a book of business, receiving full training and ongoing support, and delivering the highest levels of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and individuals to understand their healthcare requirements.
- Build a portfolio of clients and generate ongoing renewal commission.
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Experience in a self-employed financial sales capacity is preferred but not essential.
