Business Development Trainee

Cowell Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base, generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research, and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Account Growth and Upselling: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue, and develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales/business development experience.
  • GCSE including Maths (4/C).
  • Previous sales experience.
