The successful candidate will play a vital role in the care and management of patients requiring interventional procedures in an acute Trust setting.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and recovery of patients undergoing interventional procedures
- Work closely with the radiologist and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop skills and experience in recovering post-general anaesthetic patients and pain management
- Participate in the care of paediatric patients in the Evelina Children's Hospital, interventional radiology, and cardiac cath lab
- Registered Nurse on the NMC register
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Flexible and positive approach to work
- Experience of administering intravenous drug therapy
