Health and Safety Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Patient Safety Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our patient safety agenda, working closely with our Patient Safety Response Team and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Patient Safety Response Team, ensuring high-quality reports and actions are generated.
- Coordinate patient safety response team visits for incidents.
- Support the delivery of our Trust's risk, quality, and safety agenda.
- Work closely with the Datix Team to develop patient safety dashboards, analyzing and presenting patient safety/risk management information and trend data.
- Ensure the efficient dissemination of quality and patient safety-related information across the Trust.
- Attend meetings and present patient safety and risk information.
- Facilitate specialty departmental risk assessment processes and ensure risk registers are effectively populated.
