Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are partnering with a successful and growing events and communications agency based in the UK who are looking to expand their Business Development team. The role will give you exciting opportunities for international travel to build relationships and network with international organisations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Business Development and Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in international markets.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Sales and Account Management: Manage existing client relationships and proactively seek out new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management in an international setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
