Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes Specsavers Perks, an exclusive discounts scheme, as well as extra days off for birthdays and access to a confidential employee helpline.

About the Role

As an Optical Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our store, using your excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our optometrists and dispensing assistants to ensure our customers receive the best possible eye care experience.

  1. Assist with the sale of glasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction products
  2. Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  3. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
