About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including diary management, email administration, and data entry. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on the level of responsibility and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including [benefits].

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and inboxes to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Upload weekly stats to CRM and KPI platforms to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide client servicing, including compliance, servicing, and scheduling reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Servicing prospects to build relationships and secure new business opportunities.
  • Act on received information and complete tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Prepare meeting packs to ensure all necessary information is available for meetings and presentations.
  • Complete a basic review of expenditure and add investment funds to analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure report accuracy and consistency to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Develop training programs to address skills gaps and training needs to upskill employees.
  • Liaise with the team to arrange training sessions to support employee development.
  • Conduct regular spot checks on file notes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review application processing times and address delays to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Assist with issues and escalations that cannot be resolved by PAs or Advisors to provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent administrative skills, including diary management, email administration, and data entry.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
