Centre Manager Role

Mytime Active is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead the operations of our leisure centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring the centre runs smoothly, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the leisure centre, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve centre performance.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the centre operates efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leisure centre management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, practices, and strategic planning.
