About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Manager to lead our Data Centre Construction project in Gloucestershire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects of similar scope, with expertise in Mechanical and Electrical contracts. The project involves creating new space, replacing generators, installing new LV and HV infrastructure, chillers, and large-scale mechanical equipment, cooling systems, BMS, Comms, fire safety measures, PDU's, local Groundwork, and Civils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Monitor and control costs, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in Data Centre Construction
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices
