The Role

We are seeking a Construction Programme Manager to join our team at Colt Data Centre Services. The successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects within the data centre industry and a strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations and international best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned projects within scope, timeframes, and budget, ensuring 100% satisfaction upon completion.
  • Lead project-related meetings and workshops, documenting actions and decisions to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external project managers, and general contractors for efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • English speaking – Native or fluent.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Academic qualifications in a relevant construction or engineering discipline.
  • Professional qualification e.g. Construction related, chartered engineer or similar.

Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a flexible working model, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
