Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Field Sales Executive for Nestlé Confectionery, you will be responsible for driving brand performance, awareness, and availability across convenience retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise new product opportunities using sales data to drive in-store actions.
- Build relationships with key retail decision-makers (retailers and business owners).
- Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability.
- Ensure client's promotional activity is implemented and products are on display in the correct location with good availability.
- Provide insightful and actionable market intelligence feedback.
- A competitive salary of £28,616.
- A 10% performance-related bonus.
- Equipment provided: company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone.
- Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment.
- Passion for the amazing brands we market.
- Drive and tenacity to succeed.
- A full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory.
