We're looking for a talented Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, from sole traders to large organizations, and working closely with our Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About the Role:
- You'll have a keen eye for detail, reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and supporting the quoting process.
- You'll be a strong communicator, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
- You'll assist our Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, while exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
- You'll be willing to learn and adapt, as every day will be different. This is a great opportunity to progress your career and become further qualified.
- You'll have the ability to process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal processes, and informed analysis.
