We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Lead and Assistant Company Secretary to join our team at Harrogate Integrated Facilities (HIF). As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of our company, working closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on governance matters, including insurance, statutory registers, and KPI monitoring.
- Support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team in delivering governance objectives, including timely statutory returns and KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the Company Secretary to ensure seamless governance operations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NHS assurance and governance matters, including Information Governance and Risk Management.
