Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share in the brick and block category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and suppliers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on building materials and products to customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other branches to share best practices, knowledge, and resources to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the distribution of building materials and products from the site to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Strong relationships-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of building materials and products.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies.
