Stock Reconciliation Coordinator Job Description

Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Stock Reconciliation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of fuel stock across our national network of depots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile fuel stock levels across multiple depots, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to investigate and resolve stock-related issues, minimizing losses and gains.
  • Verify and process dip reports, confirmations, and month-end stock checks for Misc Stocks.
  • Reconcile loads not completed by the BOT, using exceptions reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record and reconcile gantry readings for depot tanks, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Check volume and price of bridging loads, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Verify COC confirmations, processing missed confirmations as required.
  • Check heating tank dips, adjustments, and balance stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Process yard sales, ensuring they have been processed correctly.
  • Understand prelists and Cost Calculation reports, running and cascading prelists and cost calculations for authorization from sales.
  • Post tickets to invoice customers, balancing stocks at the depot and investigating losses or gains out of tolerance.
  • Process barriers where required, credit notes for customers or stock liftings, and resolve GRN queries.
  • Import and export packed fuels, ordering with 3rd party, managing queries daily.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English are a requirement.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of self-motivation and a solution-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a confident and resilient approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams and colleagues, with a strong sense of customer service.
