Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator to join our team at Globalwomanmagazine. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our programs and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project overviews and communicate with decision-makers
  • Track project progress and ensure target numbers are maintained
  • Host project briefings and debriefings
  • Coordinate the delivery of content within our membership and mastermind programs
  • Manage project implementation using tools such as Asana, Dropbox, and Google Drive
  • Keep our communities updated on the latest information through social channels and email communication
  • Set up basic technical requirements for communities such as Facebook groups and Calendly
  • Regularly engage with our community through social media, live calls, and other communication channels
  • Track and monitor key metrics that indicate the health of our programs and communities

Requirements:

  • Experience using social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Prior project management experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
