About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Change and Transformation team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital innovation within our Specialty business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, to effectively communicate project objectives and specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and drive consensus to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project execution, coordinating with development and quality assurance teams to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor progress, identifying potential issues or roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital innovation and online broking tools and platforms.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager gained in the general insurance industry or Lloyd's market.
  • Experience in managing digital innovation projects or the development of business tools and platforms—specifically Quote and Bind tools.
  • Fantastic leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, online broking tools, and platforms, including mobile applications, web development, APIs, and data analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
