Compliance Lead and PA Role Overview
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Lead and PA to join our team. As a Compliance Lead and PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of Emerald Place with CQC Regulations, NHSE Expectations, and other external regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reports for submission to various external and internal bodies
- Oversee monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables
- Work collaboratively with Regional Quality Improvement Leads to ensure audits are carried out as required
- Oversee the work of hospital Medical Secretaries and Mental Health Act Administrators
Requirements
- ~4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- An understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
