Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources within your immediate team, identifying areas for improvement in the service booking process, and working with regional admin teams to ensure seamless processes across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer field service requests, using the service planning system to identify suitable engineers and dates to attend sites.
- Produce quotations using SAP, confirming and documenting price and site availability to customers.
- Process customer orders and service partner purchase orders, checking availability against requested dates and reserving in the service planning system.
- Communicate with credit controllers regarding credit checks and issues.
- Arrange follow-up visits, ensuring jobs are carried out within established timescales.
- Provide operational training to temporary team members and compile data for analysis.
- Review systems to identify and design improvements to processes and procedures.
- Communicate issues and improvement plans to management.
Personal and Technical Skills:
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent presentation skills and confident communication.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
- Demonstrate customer-centric behaviors and passion for customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
- IT Skills: Word, PowerPoint, SAP/CRM or Equivalent, Excel, and Databases.
