The Mortgage Broker Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team, focusing on high net worth residential clients. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complex mortgage market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements
  • Provide personalized mortgage advice and recommendations
  • Source and secure mortgage deals that meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Residential Mortgage Broker
  • Proven track record of mortgage sales and business growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
