Job Title: Prison Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing medicines management services to patients within the prison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a medicines optimisation service to the prison
  • Administer medicines to patients against a valid prescription
  • Provide advice to patients about the appropriate use of medicines
  • Supervise assistants in the dispensary
  • Ensure high standards of work in the dispensary and clinics

Person Specification:
  • NVQ level 3 Pharmacy Services or equivalent
