We are looking for experienced Service Engineers to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
Salary Information
The basic salary for this role is between £29,065 - £41,991 per annum. In addition to your salary, you can also earn overtime, on-call, and travel time, which can increase your earnings by up to £10,000 per year.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Service Engineers to maintain Fire and Security systems in our assigned areas. Key responsibilities include responding to service calls, planning and attending routine and reactive call visits, and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Requirements
- A technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
- Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems
- Experience of front-line customer contact preferred
- Excellent organisational skills
- A professional and presentable demeanor, always
- An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
