Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team at Duncan and Todd Opticians, a leading optical and hearing care provider in Scotland.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Optometrist to progress their career and take on a leadership role in one of our practices. As an Optometrist with Duncan and Todd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing clinic operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough eye exams and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans as needed
  • Manage clinic schedules and staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Optometry or equivalent experience
  • GOC registration and FODO cover
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
