Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Two Saints. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Process HR-related tasks and transactions, including confirmation of changes in terms and conditions letters.
  2. Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including liaising with candidates and completing tasks related to applications and DBS checks.
  3. Assist with project work assigned by the management team, including the development of a new performance management programme.
  4. Take minutes at meetings as required.
  5. Provide HR administration support to staff as needed.
  6. Work with our HR system provider to deliver efficiencies in the use of our online records management system.
  7. Produce regular reports from the HR database.
  8. Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and shredding.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A good standard of general education to GCSE Maths and English.
  2. The ability to type quickly and accurately.
  3. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Experience in using a range of office equipment.
  5. Clear verbal and written English and excellent communication skills.
  6. The ability to plan, organise, and multitask.
  7. A flexible approach.
  8. Experience in an administration role.
