College Facilities Operations Lead

Oaklands College has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of daily operations across our estate, leading and supporting the grounds and maintenance team, and implementing and driving the College's PPM programme.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent contract and asset management experience, and a proven track record of statutory compliance mapping and reporting. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective priority management are essential skills for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £47,053 - £51,421 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including a free on-site gym, private healthcare options, cycle to work scheme, and financial wellbeing support, to support your health, wellbeing, and financial security.
