Job Title: Facilities Manager

About the Role:

Oaklands College seeks an experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of daily operations across our estate. This is a key role that will involve leading and supporting the grounds and maintenance team, implementing and driving the College's PPM programme, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, contract and asset management experience, and an understanding of statutory compliance mapping and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective priority management are also essential skills for this position.
