**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Support Specialist to join our team at The Growth Company. As a Key Worker with Special Interest, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a multi-channel service, providing participants with flexibility to engage through digital, video, and telephony capabilities.

You will work closely with local services, utilising IngeusHub as a single point of access, to coordinate a focused package of support for each participant.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote additional choices available to participants via the local Social Prescription Network, demonstrating individualised engagement and motivational skills appropriate for each participant.
  • Deliver a multi-channel service, providing participants with flexibility to engage through digital, video, and telephony capabilities.
  • Generate relevant and localised content to support participants and staff in relation to their special interest area.
  • Experience in relation to the support agencies that can assist with individuals with complex needs.
  • Employment and work placement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employment support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local services and support agencies.
