The Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people in Middlesbrough. The postholder will be responsible for managing the Fostering Service, including the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in social work or a related field
  • Significant experience of managing a team of social workers
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders

Salary

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
