MBA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Liability team as a Trainee Liability Claims Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of Liability claims, ensuring SLA compliance, and contributing to KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Liability claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Liaise with clients and brokers in a professional and proactive manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company guidelines and external regulatory requirements in all adjusting activities.
Requirements:
- Insurance qualification and previous experience in an insurance environment.
- Employee/Public Liability claims handling experience.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills for researching relevant statutory duties and case law.
