Job Description
Sickness Management Advisor
Triumph Consultants Limited seeks an experienced Sickness Management Advisor to support the delivery of occupational health services. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on workplace health issues, focusing on sickness absence management, health surveillance, and fitness for task medicals.

Main Responsibilities
• Conduct sickness absence investigations, assessing the impact of workplace factors on employee health.
• Develop and implement return-to-work plans, promoting employee rehabilitation and reducing sickness absence rates.
• Collaborate with line managers, HR, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective management of workplace presenting ill health.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive health records, adhering to data protection regulations.
• Provide training and education to line managers and employees on health-related topics, enhancing their understanding of workplace health issues.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience in occupational health service provision, preferably within a public sector organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training and educating staff.

Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is approximately £26,000, based on a 15-hour workweek at £25.96 per hour. As a PAYE employee, you will benefit from direct employment with Triumph Consultants Limited.
