Purchasing and Supply Chain Expertise Sought

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Purchaser / Supply Chain Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for the purchase of key materials for the production team, managing quality, delivery, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global suppliers, materials, and distribution networks to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Support the buyer / procurement function in reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and processes to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
