We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children in your care, developing engaging lesson plans, and building strong relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes.
- A Level 2 Childcare qualification or higher.
- At least 6 months' experience working with children, preferably in an early years setting.
- A salary of £24,000 per annum, plus generous benefits and perks.
