We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Technology Operations Development & Projects Team in our Technology Division at St. James's Place.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the management of TIP (Technology Improvement Programme) projects, encompassing both development of systems and the delivery of business change.
- Manage issues, build relationships with team members, and direct tasks in order to deliver technical projects to required standards of quality, within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Performing day-to-day control of a large project or multiple smaller projects including preparing and presenting progress, issues, and budgets to the appropriate steering committee.
- Providing estimates of workload and costs for activities and tasks within a project or sub-project.
- Ensuring that projects meet user requirements in accordance with agreed standards of quality and service.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within each of the business areas that their projects cover.
- Highly experienced in leading multiple projects including but not limited to; Networks, AWS (Cloud Infrastructure), Business Systems, Hardware, IT Service Management, Software Asset Management, Data.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes and capable of running large IT projects.
- Experience in taking ownership of issues impacting project delivery and managing them through to resolution, minimising the impact on project objectives.
- Private Medical paid for by Company.
