Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Havas Helia Ltd. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of Digital Interactive Marketing Technology-based projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and delivery of Digital Interactive Marketing Technology-based projects to our clients.
  • Work with creative and development teams to estimate project costs and ensure projects are managed to budget, on time and compliant with Havas' policies, procedures and technical standards.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of digital interactive CX projects across martech platforms and cloud hosting environments.
  • Liaise with systems analysts, developers, creatives CX designers and testers to ensure solutions are defined, coded and tested according to current Quality Management process.
  • Identify project-based risks and mitigation.
  • Manage accurate and timely communications of project status to clients and client service teams as required.
Requirements:
  • Be organised and enjoy managing projects of varying complexity and impact.
  • Be an engineer and understand how systems are put together and reflect this knowledge in accurate plans.
  • Be conscientious and take responsibility for the tasks you have committed to complete and ensure they are delivered to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and let the team around you know how they're performing and let them tell you what is going well and not so well.
  • Enthusiasm and energy to deliver multiple projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge of delivery of complex interactive customer experience systems across platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to use software associated with managing projects effectively.
