About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead in Whitstable. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility
- Assist clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, household chores, and social activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- GCSE in history is not required, but a passion for learning and a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to use your own vehicle for work-related purposes
