We are looking for a highly motivated Support for Pupil Success professional to join our team at a special provision in Bath.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for providing emotional, social and academic support to students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.

  • Design and deliver tailored support plans to meet individual pupil needs, including risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs.
  • Provide regular feedback and progress reports to parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will have

  • A good general standard of education (GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths) and IT skills.
  • An understanding of how to support pupils to overcome barriers to learning.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues.

We offer all our registered candidates free child protection training. All candidates must undergo a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Compensation Package: £19,200 - £23,400 per annum, depending on experience.
