Role Overview

Vision for Education is seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team in the Bridgwater area. This role will involve working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs in a supportive and nurturing environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide behavioural support to students in a school setting, helping them to overcome challenging behaviour and achieve their full potential. The role requires a high level of flexibility, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of safeguarding and child protection
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £13 per hour, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
