As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Engineer to join our team and drive growth by presenting innovative solutions to clients.

The Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers, playing a key role in the sales process. You will collaborate with the sales team to present our edge data center solutions to prospective clients, ensuring their specific needs are met with tailored-made solutions. With your deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including mechanical systems, cooling, power, and connectivity, you will help customers navigate the complex landscape of data center requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized edge data center solutions.
  • Present technical solutions to customers, clearly articulating the benefits of our offerings.
  • Provide technical expertise on data center infrastructure, including cooling systems, power distribution, and mechanical components.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide guidance on optimizing infrastructure to meet customer needs.
  • Develop technical proposals and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest innovations in data center technology.
  • Support customers throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to post-sale implementation.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering Background: Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on data centers or critical infrastructure.
  • Data Center Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data center operations, including power, cooling, and connectivity solutions.
  • Solution Presentation: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way to customers.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for understanding customer challenges and providing innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of edge computing and its importance in modern data center architecture.
  • Experience working with sales teams to drive technical solutions and support revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
