Job Title: Infrastructure Design and Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Design and Technical Lead to join our team at Cover-More Group. As a key member of our Infrastructure Design & Support Team Lead, Europe, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Level 3 team of solution design, cloud, system, and infrastructure engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure
* Provide technical ownership, support, and design of all aspects of the infrastructure environment
* Consult with stakeholders to prioritize, shape, and implement Cover-More's Cloud strategy using Agile practices
* Provide feedback on existing issues and risks related to infrastructure and cloud

Requirements:

* Strong experience in cloud infrastructure design and implementation
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong technical skills in cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure
* Experience with Agile practices and cloud best practices
