Temporary Science Support Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated science support specialist to join our school as soon as possible. This is a temporary position initially, with the potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to support the delivery of practical science lessons within the school. Lab experience in a school environment is ideal, but any lab experience is beneficial.

  1. Setting up equipment for practical lessons
  2. Tidying away of equipment
  3. Cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Educational Background and Qualifications

  • Able to demonstrate effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of practical science lessons

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-4, term time only

Compensation Package

  • £20-£25 per hour (dependent on experience)

Clearance Requirements

  • DBS check required
