Apprenticeship Trainer for Plumbing

We are seeking a highly motivated Apprenticeship Trainer for Plumbing to join our team at Nescot Careers. As a key member of our apprenticeship delivery team, you will be responsible for training and assessing apprentices on plumbing apprenticeship programmes (Level 2 and Level 3 and Gas).
About You:
- You will have a recognised qualification at Level 3 together with a Gas Safe qualification.
- You will have relevant experience of working within the industry.
- You will have an Assessor Award qualification (A1) or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain if not already achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and assess apprentices on plumbing apprenticeship programmes (Level 2 and Level 3 and Gas).
- Ensure that associated tracking and monitoring activities are undertaken and meet College and Awarding Body criteria.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with the role.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification at Level 3 together with a Gas Safe qualification.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to a discounted on-site gym, sports hall, and fitness classes.
