We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Practitioner to join our Adult Social Services Assessment Team in South East Wales on a locum basis.

About the Role:
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to support vulnerable adults and make a meaningful impact in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reviews of individuals' care needs, ensuring that they receive the right level of support. Additionally, you will supervise two Social Care Assessors, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.

You will work closely with the team to deliver person-centred care, promoting independence and dignity while following all safeguarding guidelines. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to balance home working with office-based tasks.

To be considered for this post, you should have experience as an Adult's Social Worker. While driving is not essential, it may be beneficial in certain situations.
