We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Adult Social Services Assessment Team in South East Wales on a locum basis.

About the Role:
  • A qualified Adult Social Worker is required, with SCW registration and solid experience in Adult Social Services.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Hierarchy of Support Reviews, ensuring individuals receive the right level of care based on their unique needs.
  • As a supervisory role, you'll oversee two Social Care Assessors, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered across the team.
  • This opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to work both remotely and from the office, maintaining a balance that works for both you and the team.
  • Your focus will be on delivering person-centred, tailored care to adults, promoting independence and dignity while following all safeguarding guidelines.

To be considered for this post, you should have held a position as an Adult's Social Worker. While driving is not essential, it would be beneficial.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £35-40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
