We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team at Ormiston Horizon Academy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the academy's continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop all aspects of Classroom Practice across the academy to ensure all students have an outstanding Quality of Education.
- Work closely with the Vice Principal to ensure the implementation phase of the curriculum is being executed appropriately by all staff.
- Lead the Early Career Pathway programme across the academy, working closely with the Trust and other local providers.
- Provide high-quality support to Directors of Faculty through the academy's line management system.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of improving teaching and learning.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
